• How secure is my data?

  No one, including us, can see your data in a legitimate way, except for you and the users whom you have given permission through the software. Your data is encrypted with the crypto system and appears only by your access to the account and is protected by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

• Can a discounted price be applied if I wish to subscribe for a year or for a long time?

  To do this, you can get acquainted with the information mentioned in the special solutions link and contact us.

• Will there be a mobile application?

  The CORPOLEAD CRM platform is compatible with mobile devices, you can use it on your own devices. We will present the mobile application version of the platform to you as soon as possible.

• I cannot log in to my account.

  Please, contact our company about this. Once the account is confirmed to belong to you, you will be provided with access to your account. The account can be confirmed to belong to you by phone number, Company Registration number.

• I have delayed payment for some time, my account is closed, but I want to restore it again, will my data be restored?

  Your data is stored on our server for 30 days. If there is a delay of more than 30 days, then your data will not be restored. Otherwise we can restore your data.

• I want to transfer due to the closure of my account and company and opening of a new company. Is it possible?

  Yes, it is possible. You will be asked to contact us and send relevant documents for this.

• I want to freeze my account, after a time I will use it again actively. Is it possible ?

  You can freeze your account for 120 days. During this time, you will not be required to pay any fees.

• Can you design a module customized for my company?

  Yes, it is possible. For this you should contact [email protected] email address. After analyzing your application you will be informed about your request within 5 days.

• My data was deleted from the system, but I did not delete it.

  In the user activity section, you can see which user last logged in to your company account and which user performed the last operation. We cannot see these transactions as your data is encrypted.

• I want to return the information I deleted a certain time ago, is it possible?

• Can I integrate the data I have prepared in advance into the CRM system?

  Yes, it is possible. For this you should contact [email protected] email address. After analyzing your application you will be informed about your request within 5 days.

• Can I share information on the platform with other people?

  Sharing information contained in the system with a third party is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your service if such cases are determined.

• Can I design proposal templates suitable for our company

  Yes, for this you can find information in the “Technical documentation” section on the main indicators panel of the platform

• Are reminders (notifications) made by the platform?

  The platform automatically sends you both email and internal notifications.

• Can I use the platform on PC, tablet and phone at the same time?

  Yes, since the platform works with the cloud system, your data will be synchronized.
